Knitted Boot Cuffs- Free Pattern

Yarn: 4 yards Brava Worsted in Camel Heather
Gauge: 8 sts x 14 rows = 2 inches
Needles: Size 8 straight needles Caspian Straight Needles
Supplies: tapestry needle, cable needle
Notes: I made these to fit my legs but you can make them bigger or smaller as needed, just be sure to bind off on a row 3.
Stiches:
4-st RKC: Slip 2sts on to cable needle and hold to back, knit next 2 sts from left needle, knit 2sts from cable needle.
4-st LKC: slip 2 sts on to cable needle and hold to front, knit next 2 stitches from left needle, knit 2 sts from cable needle.

Cast On 31 Stitches

Row 1: k1, p1, k1, p1, k1, p2, k8, p2, *k1, p1 to end of row

Row 2: *p1, k1, 14 times, k2, p8, k2, k1, p1, k1, p1, k1

Row 3: k1, p1, k1, p1, k1, p2, k8, p2, *k1, p1 to end of row

Row 4: repeat row 2

Row 5: k1, p1, k1, p1, k1, p2, 4-st RKC, 4-st LKC, p2, k1, p1, to the end

Repeat rows 2-5 fifteen times for a total of 16 claw cables.

Repeat row 2

Bind of in pattern leaving a long tail to seam boot cuff together.
Seam together and weave in ends
